The best app

First of all i took it as a joke, but it works im looking better, im staying healthy, i enjoy their tutoriels, their program, and i enjoy music at the same time. Thanks for all your apps by the way, the cardio, water-meter, butt work, arms, fitness and this one

Good work out but I dont want to do it every day, and reminder wouldnt turn off

I love it. Although i have a busy schedule I can fit the workout in and I love that. I do it 2-3 every day.

Eh...could be better

Could be better. Adding video of the exercise during the exercise would be helpful. I had to keep stopping and watching a long drawnout tutorial and then jumping back into the workout. Eventually I will know on the exercises, obviously. However Im not sure Ill stick with it long enough to learn them

I hope this can work out on me, it seems nice. In some days i can return in a success message!

Quite Useful ... but ...

Would be helpful if weight could be entered in either lb or kilos (kg) - for the non-US/UK world ... Time to calculate back and forth could be better invested in exercising

This app is so full of ads its truly unbelievable. Sadly it detracts significantly from the workout. Im deleting and moving on.

Its a good app,but I wish they would pause for a few seconds when they tell you to switch sides so both sides get an equal workout.

Not effective enough

Seems like the idea is to put as many exercises into as little time as possible. That is completely ineffective. Switching sides after 15 seconds is not a smart workout. It would have been much better if there less exercises and more time (or even better a repetition count). I had to constantly stop the workout to get anything out the exercises. Not as fun as it could have been. Very simplistic app.

Built up a sweat

First time user and I am in good shape . Built up a little sweat and found it challenging. Pleasant instructor voice and good pace. Annoying ads made it hard to launch my only negative.
